By registering on GrandArena, you commit to following a number of rules. They exist to ensure a pleasant atmosphere and enhance the gaming experience for players.
If a player violates these rules, they should know that they are subject to sanctions. Depending on the case and severity, the severity of the sanctions varies. Here is a general overview.
LIST OF RULES AND ACTIONS THAT CAN BE TAKEN AFTER A VIOLATION
1. It is explicitly prohibited to use any form of tool, resource, or method that exploits bugs or provides illicit advantages in the game.
- Penalty: Permanent ban.
2. Spam, flood, adult content, and the dissemination of any unsolicited advertising for services, products, or activities outside the context of the game are prohibited.
- Penalty: Permanent ban.
3. No offensive language expressing abuse, disrespect, or intolerance towards another player or any social or religious group will be tolerated.
- Penalty: Suspension of 7 to 30 days.
4. Sharing content that expresses social, religious, or ethnic thoughts.
- Penalty: Suspension of 1 to 7 days.
5. The use of offensive or discriminatory names for characters, pets, and guilds is prohibited.
- Penalty: Suspension of 7 days and name change.
6. It is strictly prohibited to share or reference another server not related to GrandArena.
- Penalty: Permanent ban.
7. The PURCHASE or SALE of Kamas for real money is prohibited.
- Penalty: Permanent ban.
8. Impersonating another player or a Staff member.
- Penalty: Permanent ban.
9. It is strictly prohibited for players to share their accounts. The GrandArena team does not assume responsibility for loss of access, lost items, or any changes made to accounts due to sharing.
10. If we identify any irregularity in the player's account, we may perform a preventive block on it. In this case, it is essential that the player contacts support through a ticket to begin the account recovery process.
11. We reserve the right to analyze and collect information from the Dofus software client due to operations that are not in accordance with the programming. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring software that may interfere with regular operation, detecting atypical behavior, reporting data transmission between the client and the server, in-game information traffic, game screenshots, IP addresses, and any other information directly related to game performance.
12. In case of recurrence or successive suspensions of the same player, permanent account banishment may be considered.
To contest a ban, only the Support has the power to evaluate your request.
NOTICE ABOUT MODERATION
The role of moderators is to ensure that the rules are respected in the game. In no case do they replace the Support. If you do not comply with the rules listed above, you will be subject to immediate and/or future sanctions, which may come in the form of individual or group warnings. This could lead to the permanent exclusion of your accounts.
